Mentorship for
FertilityCare Practitioner Interns
Interested in becoming a FertilityCare Practitioner? Already attending an Education Program and currently an FCPI?
Caitlin mentors a limited number of FCPIs each year to provide a safe place to process many aspects of this meaningful work. Monthly mentorship sessions include the opportunity to:
brainstorm effective approaches
discuss the practical aspects of forming a business
dialogue through important aspects of FCP work
discuss challenging scenarios
evaluate approaches and results
discuss spirituality and faith
plan for future opportunities
pray for specific client and ministry needs, and more!
Note: This opportunity is only for those who are pursuing enrollment or currently enrolled in an approved Education Program for teaching the Creighton Model System. This program is in no way instructional or a part of the Education Program required to become a FertilityCare Practitioner. Instead, this is simply a supplemental opportunity for those who would like a safe space to discuss the process, common business/interpersonal questions, and invest in fellow FCP community.

Caitlin has worked with me in a way that was very applicable in caring for clients no matter their faith background.
The training in my Education Program gave me necessary knowledge, but I think the mentorship while seeing clients as an intern brought it more into reality of how to apply what I’m learning.
I am super thankful to have Caitlin as a mentor to walk through this program with me. Having someone who has the same perspective as me in faith that I can learn from, look up to, and follow has been extremely beneficial.
I would recommend this mentorship arrangement to anyone in pursuit of being an FCP but especially to those who learn best relationally. It's hard to imagine attempting this without meeting with Caitlin! She offers a valuable perspective for establishing practices that will serve me and my future clients well beyond finishing this internship. I especially appreciate her help in preparing to speak to the sensitive nature of each follow-up. Caitlin has helped me strategize and anticipate what is upcoming so that I don't freeze up.
Again, Caitlin's experience has helped me navigate all of this with a lot more confidence than I would have had otherwise. Her gracious and steady demeanor makes receiving her valuable insights and suggestions all the easier!
